Many health-conscious diners avoid seed oils for good reason. Oils like canola, soybean, and sunflower are often ultra-processed and can contain inflammatory compounds, especially when heated to high temperatures. That’s why you won’t find them in our cooking.

Our Seed Oil Free Approach

Instead, we use extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) for everything — from your morning eggs to our golden roasted veggies. EVOO is rich in healthy fats, minimally processed, and packed with flavour.

We also love macadamia oil for its buttery taste and nutrient boost, especially in our house-made hollandaise.

Yes — even our muffins and brownies skip seed oils, staying true to clean ingredients. The only spot you’ll see seed oil here?

A small amount in the vegan mayo we use for some plant-based options (and we’re testing better alternatives right now).
